Application Deadline Reminder

We’ve worked hard to ensure our new process is fast and efficient. That means our application deadline is not about just ‘getting your foot’ in the door by the 17th January, you need to apply, pass the on-line assessments and submit your video-interview by the 17th January as well. 

If you start an application on or after 13th January you will not have 5 days (as stated in the system emails) to complete your on-line assessments or a further 5 days to complete your video interview. 

Everything must be submitted by 23:55 on 17th January 2020 for your application to be considered.

About Technology Services

The technology services we provide underpin every area of the global Fidelity business: investment, revenue, operations, compliance, finance, legal, marketing and customer service. Beyond this, we provide day-to- day infrastructure services including data centres, networks, proximity services, security, voice, incident management and remediation.

What I will be doing

Over your one year industrial placement you will be based in our office in Kingswood, Surrey, where you’ll not only learn how technology makes our organisation work better, but also build your knowledge of the business itself.

Learning and development

You will be highly valued here and your development is heavily invested in from day one and throughout your programme. During your year with us you will also complete Unit 1 of the Investment Operations Certificate (IOC).

What we look for

You do not need a technology related degree. We want people that are interested in both the industry and the sector but ultimately those with the intellectual curiosity for progression and evolution. People with an innovative and inquisitive disposition are those best suited for our industrial placements as your year long journey with us will help us explore your skillsets and for you to explore our world.

You will need to be on target for a 2.1 degree. Have attained at lest 3Cs at A Levels (or equivalent) and be in their penultimate year of university.  (Successful placement students will be offered a Graduate role starting on Sept 2022.)
