About your team

About your role
Our brand is our most precious asset. Our business is based on hard numbers, data and performances, but in every one of our client relationships there is an immaterial element, driven by all client interactions with us, that is embodied in our brand perception in the market. Brand management is therefore a key function of our company, as it allows to stand out from the crowd of competitors and increase our profitability.

In your role you will be asked to support the senior marketing management in maintaining an orderly brand identity across our European markets, particularly for the B2B side of business. You will help markets adhere to brand guidelines, run competitor analyses, develop assets to be used for Europe-wide campaigns.

You will also have the chance to work with the newly nominated Global Head of Brand to provide support on building global brand insights and projects, while they develop a larger and more structured brand architecture for Fidelity.

In general, we expect you to contribute with a fresh perspective and bring new ideas. And as we're an international company you have to speak English fluently. Italian language skills would be a plus. 

About you

You recognize yourself as having at least a mild interest in financial topics, a basic understanding of the financial market, good education on brand marketing (ideally with some practical application), organization skills, and solid English-speaking and writing skills. Most of all, you are passionate about marketing, open to learn, and ready to make connection and operate in an international and diverse environment.
