2017 Spring Week

What you’ll be doing

Our four-day Spring Week will give you an intensive introduction into how asset management and our variety of business areas work. During the week you will gain exposure to the industry, Fidelity and all the different business areas that make us one of the most globally recognised brands. Throughout your time with us you will take part in various skills sessions, workshops and business case studies, all of which will test your aptitude for a career in our sector management. You will also have opportunity to meet and network with our employees who will give you a first-hand insight into their daily life. 

Who we look for

Places on our Spring Week are open to individuals from any degree discipline. We look for first year students (second year students if studying a four year course) with a genuine motivation for wanting to learn more about Fidelity and the asset management industry, strong verbal and written communication skills along with evidence of involvement with extracurricular activities. You will need to have strong grades at A level and be on track for 2:1.
