Marketing - Internship 2024 - Milan

Sales and Marketing

Full time internship from July 1st to Nov 30th 2024

Who we are

We’ve been helping clients plan and invest for their futures for over 50 years. From more than 25 locations around the world, we provide investment services and retirement expertise to everyone from central banks to private individuals.

We’re known for acting with integrity and thinking for the long-term. And across our organisation, we foster a welcoming, caring and inclusive culture where people feel respected, trusted and able to be themselves.

The team you’ll join

Our mission is to offer a memorable customer experience to our Italian clients, and provide a unique positioning in the market for our brand, in order to foster growth in one of the company’s core markets.

What you’ll be doing

Content is at the core of everything we do. Solid contents that are both relevant and useful for professional investors can help us build trust and engage with clients along the whole marketing funnel. In this role you will help content experts in the Italian team to craft and deliver such content.

According to your skills and seniority level, you will be gradually involved in the content process end-to-end: planning of campaigns, defining goals and KPIs, delivering suitable content bits for different channels and in different formats (written, visual, videos) including SEO optimization, compliance review, setting up proper measuring, reporting and analyzing.

In general, we expect you to contribute with a fresh perspective and bring new ideas to make our contents more fresh and engaging for our audience.

How you’ll be supported

We don’t expect you to come straight in and know everything about what we do. As an intern, and whatever you’ve studied, we’ll help make sure you get the most out of your time with us.

You’ll start with a mini induction during which we’ll introduce you to asset management industry and our business. After that, there are many more ways to develop your skills as your progresses. Social and networking events will help you get to know our people and culture. All the while you’ll be learning on the job, working to clear goals and understanding your own potential.

The difference you’ll make:

As your skills and confidence grow, you’ll become more and more involved in making key decisions for our customers. You’ll help them invest and plan for the futures they want. You’ll provide invaluable support to your team, too.

What we’re looking for

Fluent in Italian you recognize yourself as having at least a mild interest in financial topics, a basic understanding of the Italian financial market, good writing skills, a passion for video contents and social media, an English language level that is good enough to allow you to make translations. Most of all, you are passionate about marketing, open to learn, and ready to make connection and operate in an international and diverse environment.

Our clients come from all walks of life and so do we. We are proud of our inclusive culture and encourage applications from the widest mix of talent, whatever your age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, social background and more.
