FIL Skills Workshop 3: Interview Skills and the Final Round Assessment Centre (Virtual)

Fidelity International have been helping clients plan and invest for their futures for over 50 years. From more than 25 locations around the world, we provide investment services and retirement expertise to everyone from central banks to private individuals. We’re known for acting with integrity and thinking for the long-term. And across our organisation, we foster a welcoming, caring and inclusive culture where people feel respected, trusted and able to be themselves.

This FIL Skills Workshop Series is designed to help candidates understand more about the career possibilities at Fidelity International, as well helping candidates to identify their own strengths in order to perform strongly during the FIL Strengths based Assessment Process.

During workshop 3, we will cover:

  • An introduction to the later stages of the FIL Strengths based assessment process
  • Give advice and tips on how to approach the Video Interview stage and the Final Assessment Centre stage of our assessment process
  • Advice on how to approach the final stage case study and technical assessments
  • You will also have an opportunity to meet some of our teams, and to ask questions to our recruitment team

This event is designed to inform potential applicants about the Early Careers opportunities available.
