We’re known for acting with integrity and thinking for the long-term. And across our organisation, we foster a welcoming, caring and inclusive culture where people feel respected, trusted and able to be themselves.
This FIL Skills Workshop Series is designed to help candidates understand more about the career possibilities at Fidelity International, as well helping candidates to identify their own strengths in order to perform strongly during the FIL Strengths based Assessment Process.
During workshop 3, we will cover:

- Give advice and tips on how to approach the Video Interview stage and the Final Assessment Centre stage of our assessment process
- Advice on how to approach the final stage case study and technical assessments
- You will also have an opportunity to meet some of our teams, and to ask questions to our recruitment team
This event is designed to inform potential applicants about the Early Careers opportunities available.
