The team you will join

Fidelity is a fantastic place to learn and grow.  As an intern, you will join one of the following teams: Strategic Project & General Marketing / Institutional / Investment Management / Wholesale / Client Services. These teams are essential to the continued growth of our business in Taiwan from marketing and developing products, delivering investment solutions, building new business, and managing client relationships.

What you will be doing
Over the course of the 6-months Programme, our interns will work on assigned projects and be exposed to Fidelity’s investment management and operational processes across the organization.  This internship is a rare opportunity to build your knowledge on investment products, various sales channels, marketing and/or customer services.  At the end of the Programme, you will present your findings on a research topic and provide recommendations to our global team.

How you will be supported

You’ll start with a welcome session and an orientation, where you’ll meet your fellow interns and find out all about us and our work. Once the programme begins, you’ll learn every day – from the experts around you and through tackling real projects. Our focus will be on supporting you to gain experience and discover what kind of future you could build in our industry.

What we are looking for

It’s who you are that matters here, rather than what you studied. We look for interns who are analytical, eager to learn and ready to take on a challenge. A genuine curiosity about investment is vital, as is a lively interest in our work and our industry.  Additionally, as we’re an international organisation, we’ll need you to be proficient in English.
