The team you’ll join

The APAC Product Group is part of the Global Product Group, which leads the development and delivery of FIL’s Global Product Strategy. The APAC Product Group has a clear mandate to provide a high-quality product strategy that supports local and regional distribution strategies and positions FIL’s APAC Business for growth in an evolving and competitive environment.

What you’ll be doing
On our 10-week Programme, our interns will work on assigned projects and be exposed to Fidelity’s product processes and procedures that are scalable, efficient and fast-to-market, learn how to think from a customer viewpoint and deliver best in class investment solutions. The interns will present the findings and provide recommendations to our global team. A graduate offer will be extended if you complete the internship successfully and you can can start the full‐time job upon graduation.

How you’ll be supported

You’ll start with a welcome and an orientation, where you’ll meet your fellow interns and find out all about us and our work. Once the programme begins, you’ll learn every day – from the experts around you and through tackling real projects. Our focus will be on supporting you to gain experience and discover what kind of future you could build in our industry.

What we’re looking for

It’s who you are that matters here, rather than what you studied. We look for interns who are analytical, eager to learn and ready to take on a challenge. A genuine curiosity about investment is vital, as is a lively interest in our work and our industry. And, as we’re an international organisation, we’ll need you to speak English.
